Page 19, insert - Quit Claim Deed
Description
1968 Quit Claim Deed, and supporting correspondence, inserted on top of page 19, transferring Lot 56, Square 11, of Magnolia Cemetery from Maude Gwin to Fred and Virginia Stickney.
It should be noted that the Table of Contents lists page 19 as showing Square 2.
The top of page 19 shows: "Sq. No. II," with the number 2 written in parentheses beside it.
The typed quit claim deed, as well as the letters, show Square 11. The third page of the insert includes a handwritten note, with Lot 56, Sqr. XI clearly written.
It is not clear whether reading Sq. No. II as a roman numeral (2) is the error, or whether the insert was placed on the incorrect page.
